Training Event Schedule

The following is a list of all training opportunities scheduled at this time. Check this list often as we frequently update it as new courses are scheduled. You can register online by clicking on the Register link beside the course you wish to take. You can download the application by clicking on "Download". Adobe Acrobat is required to print the application on your computer. Adobe Acrobat is a free program available from the Adobe web site.

On May 11, 2013, the Mecklenburg County Council Training Committee will provide the following training courses for Adult Leaders. Check-in for the adult training will begin at 7:30 AM and classes will start promptly at 8:00 AM.

·         Introduction to Cub Scouting/How We Have Fun (This session is only required for new Cub Scout leaders or leaders who have not previously taken a Cub Leader Specific course)

There is no charge for attending these courses, except for Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster Training, BALOO, Adult Venturing Leader Basic Training and Climbing Instructor, which will all have a $15.00 charge and will include lunch, Den Chief Training which will have a $10.00 charge and will include lunch, and CPR Training which will have a $10.00 charge for certification.
