2005 National Scout Jamboree Jamboree Payment Schedule

Council fee is $1,150 per Scout. Include a $100 deposit with the jamboree
application.

Payment Policy 1) Payments
must be made by the posted dates.
2) Payments must be made at the Mecklenburg County Council Scout Service
Center.
3) The payment date is the date that the payment must be received

County Council nor the Jamboree Committee will send follow up letters,
invoices, or reminders of any kind. It
is each family's responsibility to make note and remember the dates.
5) Late payments will automatically result in the
Scout losing his place to a Scout on the waiting list and will be placed at the
end of the waiting list.
Refund
Policy: If you sign up for the jamboree and find that you cannot attend,
you will receive a full refund from our local council only if there is
an alternate to take your place. If there is no alternate, a partial refund
will be made. This includes the fees you have paid to date, less expenses
related to contractual agreements made on your behalf. Deposit fees paid by
alternates who are not selected as active participants will be refunded in
full. All requests for cancellation must
be made in writing to John Ashworth at the council service center.
