Who Attends:
The junior leader training conference will focus on training the top boy leader in the troop, the Senior Patrol Leader. Participants do not have to be serving currently in the role of
Senior Patrol Leader, but should have the skills and abilities to do so in the future.

Gun Requirements:
Our course requires that each participant be at least 13 years old and a Star Scout. We make only rare exceptions in these requirements. Experience has shown that younger Scouts often lack the physical and emotional maturity to benefit fully from this experience.
