Required Training for all Registered Scouters

New Leader Essentials
(1 ½ hours)

                                                                                               

Learn about the Methods of Scouting and what it takes to be a Scouting leader.  Learn about the resources available to you through Scouting.  (Required to be trained to position and to receive the Trained patch for all adult leaders)

 

Youth Protection Training & Certification
  (2 hours)

                                                       

Youth protection training and a current certification are necessary for all adults.  This certification is only good for 2 years.  (All adult leaders must have this course every 2 years.)

           

Registered Position Specific Training

Tiger Cub Den Leader Training and Fast Start
(3 hours)

                                                             

Learn about running a Tiger Cub Den.  Look at organization, recognition and program planning for the Den.  (Required to be trained to position and to receive the Trained patch for all adult leaders)
